I am a deprived goat

Yes, it's true. I know you think that I live a wonderful life here, but now the truth must come out.  I am seriously deprived.  I think it's time for me to tell the world about the things I need....which I do NOT have.
First and foremost, is this:
I had to borrow this picture from the lovely goats at Sawdust Trail's website.   One of my lady's friends sent it to her and she was keeping it a SECRET!!!  From ME!  I must have one of these.  How am I supposed to get my proper exercise requirements without a goat castle?  Where is the justice in this, I ask you?  It is high time that somebody built me one of these.

Secondly, where is my wine?  Yes, you heard me.  I am a grown up goat now, and I demand equal rights.
My lady's father told her about this wine, and what does she do?  NOTHING!  He said it wasn't his favourite wine, but naturally, it is goat wine, so I should have some!  Where is the justice here?  Am I a forgotten little puff of fybur, left to rot in the corner?  What have I done to deserve this sort of neglect?

And another thing!  Where is my proper wardrobe?!  My lady's friend has a goat that she is borrowing, named Darla, and Darla has a full and extensive wardrobe.  In particular, she has jammies with a rabbit on them.  She gets to wear her jammies and live in a HOUSE and chew the blinds!!!  This is just an OUTRAGE!  I should be living in the house, in jammies, chewing blinds.
Please send help.  I deserve a proper goat life filled with a castle and wine and pretty outfits.  Where is my agent?!

I am with you Lucky Nickel. We goats need to band together and start working on the goat domination of the world!

OMG if I were a goat I would totally require a castle with a wine cellar and bunny pajamas...you need an agent for sure!

What you need is a publicist Lucky Nickel, just like what I have.

Demand a publicist!

Oh, you poor, poor deprived thing. I'm sure that somewhere there is a goat castle waiting just for you, with a wine cellar. And an entire wardrobe of lovely outfits.

Maybe in your new home at the winery you'll have your very own castle - the pajamas you might have to work on...

You made some very good points, Lucky Nickel! I want all of those things too, although my lady said I'd probably try to jump off the goat castle (in order to fly) and hurt myself. Maybe when you are in Can of Duck you can have a goat castle and wine!

Oh my...I think _I_ need a castle and jammies, too! You are so wise, Lucky Nickel, to show us the way. I think you should run for public office--in your jammies, of course.

I'm not so sure, Lucky Nickle...
That castle looks dangerous: what if you were playing on the top and got pushed off? You could break a leg!

And that wine might give you a tummy ache! Or at the very least, stain your beautiful fy-bur.

Speaking of your beautiful fy-bur, it is getting so long and luxurious! Surely you wouldn't want to hide it and mush it down under those (admittedly adorable!) pajamas??? That little goat with the wardrobe probably doesn't have beautiful fy-bur like you...

So you see ~ you're not really 'neglected'! You are lovingly cared for and protected. Although, I do think a publicist may not be a bad idea!

Ahhh, the other Nancy told it true! Emma the Calico Queen tried to tell me that you're already spoiled, but I reminded her that SHE is the brat! You just naturally want what's coming to you as queen of your household, LN, but as Nancy said, you really do already have the best of worlds!!!

Dear Lucky Nickle,

Goat jammies aren't *always* wonderful. Sometimes, when you make a particularly beautiful ballet leap off the couch the onesie part goes right up your butt crack.

love,
Darla

Wow, that is a grand castle. I am going to keep this picture from my goats too or they will be demanding a castle too. Though I do kind of wish I had the money to build them one. Sometimes you goats just don't get everything you deserve but it isn't because us owners don't care. Oh and I wanted to tell you how fluffy, soft and pretty you are looking these days!
